I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve led HR and Operational functions for Fortune 500 organizations, and I’ve led large teams (both direct reports and matrixed resources) on significant transformational efforts. I’ve had to navigate the internal politics, relationships, budgets, competing priorities, and organizational resistance that you’re also likely struggling with.
