I’ve been in your shoes.  I’ve led HR and Operational functions for Fortune 500 organizations, and I’ve led large teams (both direct reports and matrixed resources) on significant transformational efforts. I’ve had to navigate the internal politics, relationships, budgets, competing priorities, and organizational resistance that you’re also likely struggling with. The combination of this experience, coupled with my conflict management and influence skills, puts me in a unique position to help you cut through the clutter, see what's going on under the surface, and map a realistic path forward.
