THE APPROACH

My background in conflict resolution enables me to listen deeply to what people say, find common ground, and have a lot of empathy for everyone at the same time. I have a unique ear for understanding both individual and common goals as well as obstacles. I hear what's being said, how it's said, and most importantly, what ISN’T being said. I reframe what I’m hearing or seeing in a way that resonates and puts the teams I work with at ease, even when the messages are difficult. The Voyager Methodology Blueprint looks like this:
