At Voyager Executive Consulting, I help my clients clarify where they’re going and why, plan how they’re going to get there, and help them remove the obstacles that are holding them back. After I left Taos to pursue a Master’s Degree in Dispute Resolution, I found purpose helping people solve conflicts with peace, while avoiding the costly legal system. And while that work was rewarding, I knew I could help at a greater scale. Today, I blend my conflict resolution & negotiation skillset with over two decades of executive coaching, HR leadership, & change management experience, to laser in on what’s getting in the way & help roadmap a path forward.

My relentless passion for growth and solving complex challenges started on the Rio Grande, where I was always looking for the next big challenge to take on, the next hairy rapid to navigate. Leading with impact can often feel like being a river guide in white water - you have to be able to anticipate currents, move with clarity and conviction, and create the necessary conditions for big breakthroughs and big results.
What followed next was a windy path highlighted with global travel delivering world-class negotiation skill-building solutions and leadership appointments at Fortune 500 companies, helping empower change and leadership at scale.
